FITZ serves Liege waffles, a delicious confectionary treat popular in eastern Belgium. Liege waffles are made with a dough, not a batter, and have a yummy caramel flavor. ABOUT FITZ
FITZ sells good books, new and used. We are drawn to books that reveal hidden histories and motivate us to be agents of change. We believe that a reading revolution is key to countering American fascism and white supremacy. We hope that our inviting bookstore lays bare the connections between literature, art, insight and liberation.

We are motivated in this work by the hustle and devotion of our namesake Brian Fitzpatrick, a rebel, survivor and friend.

Story Club Buffalo
Story Club is a live storytelling show, where real people share real stories on stage. We blend the raw energy of an open mic with the experience of live theater, creating an unforgettable night of connection, humor, and heart.
Alice, Ever After Books runs Story Club and it is hosted at Fitz Books & Waffles.
This event is held on the second Tuesday of the month from 7 - 9 pm. Tickets are available ahead of time at the link below or at the door.
